Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Officer in Nelson, NZ. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
