Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a full-time Online Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various online platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
