Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support specialists to provide exceptional online support to our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive online presence for the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of online support specialists to provide timely and effective support to customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of online support services. 3. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement improvements based on feedback. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. 5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online support, and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. 6. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent online support. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online support or a related field. 3. Proven experience in leading a team and driving results in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online support tools. 8. Hardworking and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 9. Innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
