Job Description:
Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a dynamic Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to address inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance - Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively - Assist with online sales inquiries and provide support to customers making online transactions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
