Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Halter, a leading agriculture technology company in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a full-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. - Utilize resources and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. - Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communication.

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong planning and strategic planning skills. - Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
