Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
The Faculty of Creative Arts and Industries is looking for a Student Support and Engagement Adviser to join the team, taking a pivotal role in supporting student retention and progression by ensuring our CAI students are well supported in all aspects of student life.
You will be responsible for providing tailored support to promote student engagement, retention, academic progression, and a positive experience for students within equity groups. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to promote activities, projects and initiatives that support equity and strive to better understand the needs of our students in equity groups.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), 1 year fixed-term opportunity.
The remuneration for this role is $65,000 - $72,700 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
