Job Description:
Nike is seeking a Support Associate to join our team and work remotely from Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues that our customers may have, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Document customer interactions and feedback to inform product and service improvements - Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs and preferences - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals to promote brand loyalty and retention - Assist in special projects as needed to support the overall success of the team
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer situations - Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with customers and colleagues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
