Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

NRG Energy is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Support Manager to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote support technicians to provide efficient and effective support to customers. 2. Oversee the implementation of remote support processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to the remote support system. 4. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 5. Handle escalations from remote support technicians and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Lead and participate in remote support projects to improve overall service delivery. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to remote support team members.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Excellent negotiation skills. 4. Proven experience in a remote support management role. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Exceptional communication skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote support tools.
