Job Description:
Commercial Metals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of customer support services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a candidate who is resourceful, reliable, and possesses excellent communication and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff to provide timely and effective customer support - Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes to improve service delivery - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as needed - Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive customer loyalty and retention - Prepare and present reports on customer support metrics and performance to senior management
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support role - Proven experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think outside the box and innovate solutions to customer issues - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
