Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Raymond James Financial is seeking a talented Support Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in an independent work environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. 2. Manage a team of support specialists, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring team success. 3. Implement and maintain support processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze support metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to drive performance.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position. 2. Strong adaptability to changing environments and ability to work independently. 3. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. 4. Persuasion skills to influence team members and drive positive results. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
