Support Representative

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works is seeking a reliable and independent Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Support Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance customer experience - Managing and resolving escalated customer complaints - Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
