Support Representative

Job Description:

Qualcomm is seeking a Support Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner - Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Experience working with CRM systems and technical support tools - A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies - Experience in a similar role for at least 4 years
