Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and passionate Support Representative to join our team, working remotely from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
