Job Description:
Trinity Industries is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients. You will work closely with our product development and sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing technical support for our products and services - Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs - Documenting customer interactions and feedback - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes - Handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Training customers on how to use our products effectively
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support role - Resourceful and resilient attitude - Strong communication skills - Creativity in problem-solving - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers - Ability to work well under pressure - Strong organizational skills - Experience in a technical support role is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
