Job Description:
Newell Brands is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant in Auckland, NZ. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat services. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in customer service and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and assist with any issues they may have. 2. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Analyze customer chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. 5. Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits essential for providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong analytical skills to effectively assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate when faced with customer inquiries. 5. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. 6. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and web chat platforms.
