Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Web Chat Assistant to join our team at CBS in Nelson, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and engaging with website visitors through web chat.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through web chat - Providing product information and support to website visitors - Maintaining a professional and positive tone in all interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping track of customer feedback and escalating any recurring issues to the appropriate department - Assisting with website maintenance and updates as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable work ethic - Strong communication skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
