Job Description:

Quantifi Photonics, a leading technology company based in Wellington, NZ, is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate, independent, and eager to kickstart their career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Contribute to maintaining a positive brand image through excellent customer service

Requirements: - No prior experience required - training will be provided - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
