Web Chat Associate

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to think critically - Driven and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
