Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a dynamic Web Chat Associate to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through the company's online chat platform. This role requires a high level of energy, independence, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to answer questions, provide information, and offer support. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize available resources and tools to address customer needs effectively. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers. 6. Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed. 7. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement. 9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and independent personality traits. 5. Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving abilities. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
