Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

HCA Holdings is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries and resolve issues - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and independent personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Excellent written communication skills and strong presentation abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously - Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
