Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Tenet Healthcare in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through online chat platforms, providing support, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the company's services. This role requires a motivated and hardworking individual who is passionate about helping others and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information about healthcare services and answer any questions they may have - Guide customers through the process of scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and accessing resources - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent project management and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices is a plus
