Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

AutoZone is seeking a dedicated Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or web chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through web chat to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. 2. Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services when appropriate. 4. Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. 5. Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, even in challenging situations. 6. Uphold company standards and strive for excellence in all interactions with customers. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 8. Use strong people management skills to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships. 9. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and privacy.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions. 3. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services. 5. Strong people management skills to build rapport with customers. 6. Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
