Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Web Chat Manager to join our team at Foot Locker in Nelson, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in web chat management.

Responsibilities: - Lead a team of web chat agents in providing excellent customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates through web chat - Monitor and analyze chat transcripts and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement - Train and mentor new web chat agents to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to gather customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Proven experience in web chat management in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
