Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required. We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who possesses strong adaptability and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat 2. Assist customers with account management tasks 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions 4. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong multitasking abilities 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in computer skills and web chat platforms
