Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Gallagher Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize strategic planning to meet and exceed performance targets - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team - Strategic planning abilities to drive sales and customer satisfaction - Motivated and reliable attitude towards work - Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity - Proficient in using web chat software and other customer service tools
