Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a confident and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about banking products and services to customers - Assist customers with online account management and troubleshoot technical issues - Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat customer service

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and strategic planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web chat platforms - Basic knowledge of banking operations and regulations - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
