Our team of industry professionals with experience from all over the world will be on hand to teach you invaluable skills and assist with crafting your future in an exciting industry.The OpportunitySavor Group has multiple incredible opportunities for experienced Venue Managers!You will need to have a minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable role within the hospitality industry, managing a team of 20+ people. You will have strong capabilities in running a restaurant, nurturing and training teams, rostering, and managing labour. Knowledge of Italian or Japanese cuisine and beverages would be an added advantage. You will also be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills, and an attention to detail with an eye for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Day to day operations and business performance
• Implementing standards across customer and team experience
• Creating exceptional customer experiences
• Effective financial management, ensuing costs are managed and budget expectations are met
• Accountable for effective stock management
• Effective people practices including, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance and offboarding
• Supporting with the training and development of junior staff members
