Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
The Organisational Performance and Improvement division are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Function Performance Consultant . This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and challenge your expertise in workforce analysis and benchmarking into the country’s largest and highest ranked university.
The Senior Function Performance Consultant informs Budget Committee, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Operations, and Function Leads with workforce analysis and benchmarking. This includes making recommendations on function FTE size, shape, and capability, and identifying opportunities for streamlining processes and practices to enhance function effectiveness. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent role.
Please note this is a fulltime (37.5 hours/week) permanent position with a salary range of $140,000- $155,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
