In this newly created role, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainable finance solutions. Supporting our customers, big and small business, and personal to be more sustainable requires creative thinking and new ideas. This role will be at the forefront of developing and delivering these.

This role sits within our Sustainable Finance team, reporting to our Head of Sustainable Finance.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have the following experience:

• Professional experience in sustainable finance, sustainability / ESG, banking or investment, or a similar professional area.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, products or propositions connected to financial services and/or sustainability.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and confidently and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external parties.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to work with data and provide clear cost benefit analysis.
• Understanding of, or experience with, banking processes, policies and or rules.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels across a business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
