Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities



As a Power Platform / SharePoint Consultant you will be engaging with our clients across migrations and integrations. You will have the hands on experience and be passionate about all things SharePoint and Power Platform.



In this role, you will get to:

  • Elicit and analyse business requirements, develop designs and implement SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
  • Development and deployment of applications on the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, MS Teams and Power Platform
  • Plan and execute SharePoint migration plans, and migrate data from legacy systems (including previous versions of SharePoint) to SharePoint Online
  • Configure and customise Power Platform environments, including data sources, security, and roles
  • Implement M365 governance, including implementation of provisioning frameworks and Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE)
  • Design and implement cutting edge solutions with the latest features and functionality in Microsoft 365
  • Produce high quality project documentation (functional designs, solution designs, as builds)
  • Produce training material and deliver training to various audiences
  • Run effective workshops and deliver presentations to our customers

We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.



Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks.







Let’s talk about your capability and experience

  • Between 3 - 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development and consulting
  • Experience delivering SharePoint, Teams, Viva and Power Platform projects
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations from on-premises to SharePoint Online
  • Experience automating business processes using the Power Platform
  • Demonstrated experience with designing and implementing enterprise information architecture
  • Great presentation skills
  • Proven ability to elicit requirements for complex business scenarios and build out secure and innovative solutions
  • Experience developing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience developing Power App solutions using Dataverse and SharePoint
  • Experience designing and developing Power Automate workflows, business process flows, and custom connectors.
  • Strong information management and compliance knowledge
  • Experience with information protection (Purview)
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Nintex Workflow, and InfoPath.
  • Experience in running engaging workshops and presenting to all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Proven experience across the Microsoft 365 stack
  • Desirable -Nintex, RecordPoint and AvePoint experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
