Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and passionate Support Associate to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings. This is a remote work position based in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and technology tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
