Job Description:
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Support Manager for remote work to join our dynamic team based in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff who provide technical assistance and customer support for our healthcare products. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff to deliver exceptional technical assistance and customer support - Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and efficiency - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Provide training and mentorship to support staff to enhance their skills and capabilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to support activities - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
