Job Description - Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team at PVH, a leading global apparel company in Auckland, NZ. This is a full-time remote position at an Associate Level requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Support product launches and promotions by providing product information and support - Assist with training new support team members - Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
