Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Burlington Stores is seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Associate to join our remote team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should possess at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns. 4. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Conduct research to address customer queries effectively. 8. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet performance targets.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience working in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 4. Excellent research and planning skills. 5. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and customer service software. 6. Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic technical issues. 7. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. 8. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
