Job Description - Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Emerson Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, with the opportunity for travel and professional development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in web chat management and customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat queues, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system - Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service through the chat platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the web chat platform


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven track record of success in web chat management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
