Alcoa is seeking a motivated and resilient Web Chat Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Motivated to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance metrics - Strong teamwork and presentation skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems
