What the Mahi looks like

We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Branch Manager to lead Aon’s Tauranga branch. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with key collaborators across a portfolio of clients and internal and external partners.

This is a leadership role reporting into the Regional Manager.

• Accountability for growth, retention, and financial targets of the branch
• Effective client account planning
• Building and maintaining key strategic client and insurer relationships
• Providing a consultative approach around technical, managerial, product and educational support
• Identifying and driving new business activity for the branch
• Strategic planning to ensure continued success
• Effectively leading and building on the success of the Tauranga branch
• Building a supportive, fun, and winning team culture

• Tried experience in a similar role where you have led a team
• Ability to engage with senior team members and build strategic relationships
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and assist others
• Good organisation, planning, and a can-do attitude
