Pacific Business Growth Navigator Role

• Based in Dunedin
• Fixed term, full-time for 1 year starting July 2024
• Salary $65,000 per annum
• Role, focusing on supporting Pasifika businesses (startups and existing) in the Otago and Southland regions

Desired Candidate profile:

• Qualifications – A suitable tertiary degree in business or equivalent
• Work Experience – working in  or with the business sector
• Required Qualities - Strong business acumen, relationship building skills and the ability to quickly build a rapport with Pacific business owners and managers
• Professional approach (essential) 
• Understanding of and ability to use Pasifika cultural values
• Confident manner (essential)
• Positive approach to change (essential)
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential) 
• Clean driver’s licence (essential)
