Looking to recruit an experienced driver who is passionate to work with children and whanau, collecting and returning children to 2 of BestStart centres. The successful applicant will need to be flexible in this role being required to work in ratio at times. Must also be physically fit as the role involves placing children in and out of car seats.

About the Role:
We are on the hunt for a new Van driver to join our teams at BestStart Herewini & BestStart Fairy Springs, you will the main point of contact for many of our children and parents as you collect and drop off their children each morning.  If you are passionate about road safety and enjoy working with children, then this might be the role for you! The successful applicant will need to be flexible in this role being required to work in ratio at times. Must also be physically fit as the role involves placing children in and out of car seats.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday . Why choose us?

We are looking for someone who is;

• Enthusiastic, reliable, trustworthy, warm and caring 
• An experienced driver with a full driver’s license and a clean police record 
• Able to build positive relationships with children and whanau 
• An excellent communicator and able to form positive relationships with a diverse community
