Physiotherapist - Must be in NZ and have a registered practicing license

Physio Movement has a large 4 room modern clinic on busy Ormiston Road, beside Anytime Fitness. We have a small team currently and are ready to expand. 

Our clinic has been designed and furnished with a specific focus in mind – to recover and relax. Rooms are fully equipped with everything you will need to work your magic. We have exclusive use of the gym next door to take patients in for active rehabilitation. Additionally, a membership to Anytime Fitness Ormiston will be included in your contract for your personal use.

• As a clinic we have links to local sporting clubs and will be working with sporting organisations at tournaments and events.
• We are looking for an honest, reliable, energetic physiotherapist who works well in a team environment and is committed to the wellbeing of their patients. You will be someone who is committed to their own growth and development as well as the company and wants to stretch your horizons of your work.
• You will have all necessary qualifications relevant to the role and ideally be registered with ACC.
• As a physiotherapist you will be responsible for:
• A current APC registration in New Zealand.
• Sound clinical experience in musculoskeletal, community and outpatient settings.
• An ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including working with the elderly, athletes, chronic musculoskeletal conditions and the general population.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of motivation and passion for the physiotherapy profession.
• A client centered approach to practice.
• The ability to work autonomously with a practical and solution focus
• This role is a contractor position, as such you must have your own coverage as a contractor and be comfortable to operate as such. Regular in-services and opportunities to grow will be provided and partially funded to contribute towards your CPD.

The specifics of each contract will be discussed with successful applicants. We are ideally looking for a full-time contactor but are open to discuss part-time options.
