We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator with proven natural talent in multi-tasking (juggling many balls in the air), a flair for managing their time, who enjoys working to set deadlines and has a keen eye for attention to detail in all they do.

In this fast paced and exciting environment you will facilitate the on-boarding of junior doctors across the Auckland region. Once the junior doctors are working in the region you will identify and assist them with their on-going requirements. You will ensure they have valid work visas, practising certificates and meet occupational health and safety requirements and also help them with payroll documentation and processing reimbursements of their training related expenses.

Ideally you'll be an administration professional with a solid and proven background in high volume operational administration. Prior health sector experience will be well received but is not essential if you are keen to jump in and learn. Any previous work in an HR administrative capacity and dealing with on-boarding individuals would be an absolute bonus.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your enthusiasm, energy and focus on positive team outcomes will mean you complement the team's passion for providing quality service to all stakeholders.

With a focus on continuous improvement and customer service you'll contribute to the development of current systems and processes and have the opportunity to demonstrate your initiative and work autonomously.

Key prerequisites to be considered for this position are experience and proficiency in MS applications, database management and previous experience in a high volume administrative role.
