Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Despatch Coordinator to join our team at the vibrant East Tamaki Branch.

About The Role

As a Despatch Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of providing excellence in customer services. Your days will be filled with answering customer enquiries and requests, scheduling daily work for operators, and coordinating our dedicated team of drivers. You'll be the maestro, ensuring operations run smoothly by monitoring and signing off run sheets. Building strong customer relationships and proactively addressing any operational delays will be key aspects of this thrilling role.

Qualifications

About you

To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You have high attention to detail, good time management skills, proactive, have a positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers. Experience in using MS Office especially Word and Excel are also essential for this role.
