We have an exciting opportunity for 2 new people to join a dynamic and growing team of 6 and a business that employees 1500 employees and 1000 volunteers, this is an opportunity to make a difference.
We are looking for a professional Recruitment Coordinator to join within a team of 6, working part-time, for a six month period AND a P&C Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE

The Recruitment Coordinator is a key support position that will work closely with the hiring managers in the Aged Care Division to provide high caliber candidates for roles, and assists with the end- to- end recruitment of those positions.
It also supports the wider HR team to conduct the operations of the business.

  • Screen candidates and provide feedback to managers
  • Coordinate and book interviews
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Respond to incoming queries
  • Creating contracts and letters

Salary will be in the range of $69,280.93- $74,288.26 pro- rated per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

The P&C Administrator supports the Human Resources Service Desk with general administration functions, such as support with recruitment, onboarding and other HR processes. The role includes:

  • Process invoices in line with HR standard procedure
  • Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards and processes
  • Collate new starter documentation and liaise with managers and new staff members to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Liaise with the HR and Payroll teams on new employee information
  • Working with the broader HR team on projects and updates

Salary will be in the range of $61,985.52 - $67,631.28 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we're looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources with demonstrated experience in a similar HR or broad administration role
  • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to maintain a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Proven ability to assess and meet priorities and deadlines through good time management in a self-organised and methodical manner
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels both internally, externally and with people from diverse
  • Highly-developed administration, computer skills and competency in Microsoft Program
