Senior Backend Engineer

This role will be a 5 week contract for our current requirements, with possibility to renew thereafter and / or establish a working relationship for future backend work.

About you:

We are always on the lookout for individuals that value a strong culture just as much as working on great projects, even on a contract basis.

In terms of requirements, you will ideally have:

• Excellent communication skills
• You have back-end expertise:
  1. Experience with .NET Core in a commercial setting.
  2. Experience building high quality web and / or mobile app back-ends using industry standard technologies.

Bonus Skills (Not requisite):

• Well rounded front-end experience across things like Azure and/or AWS, as well as architecture of backend applications
• Documentation and communication (in-person, email, slack, carrier pigeon if need be) doesn’t scare you.
• You’re effective by nature - you like to move fast, you like prototyping, and you love validating and being thorough in all aspects of your day-to-day job.
