About Counties Manukau District: Counties Manukau District provides health and disability services to over 500,000 people in our local community. About the Opportunity: This is a fascinating opportunity to use your strong analytical/lateral thinking with initiative and interpreting skills in an evolving HR Reporting team. The role involves working across the People function creating and using data sources to help explore, define, shape, and measure the effectiveness of and value derived through various People Systems. You will be responsible for designing workforce and people metrics report involved in HR related business improvement for information management, processes and system integration, complete people analytics present data insights and dealing with all day to day issues from concept through to implementation. This is a full time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. About You: A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Business Economics, Data Science) 2 years' experience in a corporate environment, such as Human Resources, Payroll or Finance Expertise and experience in SQL, BI/Reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau and QlikView Exceptional Communication and relationship building.
