Operating from 3 sites – an injection moulding factory, a large warehouse for raw materials and finished products, and an engineering & toolmaking facility, NTD has been around for about 50 years and continues to work with customers to deliver great outcomes. About the Role: Reporting to the CEO and being part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the business, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction, and implementing efficient processes to improve productivity and profitability are core to this role. About You: You will be a hands-on leader, with a good level of experience in business management, with a Business or engineering qualification. Your experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of Lean manufacturing principles will enable you to hit the ground running. You will lead, motivate, and encourage the team to achieve great outcomes.
