Evergreen Modular Limited is a manufacturing company that is revolutionising how buildings are constructed in NZ. We are building timber apartment units in our purpose-built factory in Wiri. We are part of the well-established Property Partners Group with their own in-house Design and Construction Teams.

We are looking for a Plumber to join our close-knit team, working alongside the Production, Carpentry, and Electrical Teams.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Install all plumbing works, including pre-piping and fit-off for fully installed kitchens and bathrooms within the completed apartment units to all NZ code requirements
• Work closely with Carpentry and Electrical teams to ensure the flow of production through the factory is optimised to program
  
• Follow plumbing plans and use your technical ability to problem solve
• Work closely with the Plumbing Team Leader to provide all required documentation to Council site inspectors and ensure we easily pass every inspection.

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in residential new builds
• Ideally, you will be a Plumber apprentice working towards finishing your qualifications/registration
• Experience reading plans and have a good understanding of G12/13 and AS/NZ3500 Standards
• Strong organisational and time management skills
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a keen eye for detail to achieve a high quality of workmanship.
