Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Plexure Group, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. This is a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. 2. Manage and update company website and social media channels to ensure relevant and engaging content. 3. Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and PPC advertising. 4. Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future strategies. 5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. 2 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. 4. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Reliable and confident personality traits. 7. Critical thinking and adaptability soft skills.
