Job Description:

AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate. This is a full-time remote work position that offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email, and search engine marketing - Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization - Assist in developing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for online marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective - Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing all digital marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software - Motivated and driven to achieve results and contribute to the success of the marketing team
