Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team at Cummins. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. This is a full-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media ads, and display ads - Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement in our strategies - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts - Brainstorm creative ideas to enhance our online presence and attract new customers

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Passionate and resourceful individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners - Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make strategic decisions for digital marketing campaigns - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
